Abstract Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in submitting an abstract to the 2024 Global CMT Research Convention, which will take place in Cambridge, MA on September 26-28, 2024. 
 
To participate in the in-person poster session, abstract submissions are due on August 25, 2024. 

For those interested in giving a 7-minute oral presentation on Thursday, September 26, please indicate your preference in the abstract application.
 
The posters will be viewable on Thursday, September 26, and Friday, September 27, 2024, at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge, MA. All submitted abstracts falling within the categories of Charcot Marie Tooth (CMT) research and clinical findings, including Pre-Clinical Research, Translational Research, Clinical Trials, Clinical Management, and Other, will be approved for the in-person poster presentation on September 26 and 27, 2024
 

The first author (presenting author) will receive all future correspondence from the CMT Research Foundation (CMTRF) regarding the abstract.

All authors should organize their abstract body under the following headings: OBJECTIVE, BACKGROUND, DESIGN/METHODS, RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS. Please note that abstract titles should be limited to 200 characters including spaces, and the abstract body should not exceed one page.

We kindly request that you follow the provided submission guidelines to ensure your abstract is considered for presentation at the 2024 Global CMT Research Convention. Adhering to these instructions is crucial, as abstracts that do not meet the guidelines may not be accepted for review. We appreciate your understanding and attention to detail in preparing your submission.

Poster size should be no greater than 36″ WIDE x 48″ HIGH (portrait orientation).
