Abstract Submissions

Call for Abstracts

  • Oral presentation deadline: Abstracts must be submitted by July 24, 2026.
  • Poster presentation deadline: Abstracts will be accepted until September 8, 2026.

We are pleased to invite abstract submissions for the Global CMT Research Convention. Submissions are welcome in all areas of CMT research and clinical findings, including:

  • Foundational Biology
  • Preclinical Research
  • Drug Discovery
  • Clinical Trials
  • Clinical Management
  • Other

During the submission process, please indicate if you would like your abstract to be considered for any of the following presentation formats (select all that apply):

  • Poster presentation
  • Oral presentation — Friday

The first author (presenting author) will receive all future correspondence from CMTRF regarding the abstract.

  • Notifications for oral presentations will be sent by August 14, 2026.
  • Notifications for poster presentations will be sent by September 14, 2026.

Please structure your abstract using the following headings:

  • Objective
  • Background
  • Design/Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions

Title limit: 150 characters (including spaces). Abstract body limit: 300 words

We kindly ask that all authors adhere strictly to the submission guidelines to ensure consideration. Abstracts that do not conform to the required format may not be accepted for review. Thank you for your commitment to advancing CMT research. We look forward to reviewing your work.
